Anyone admin PBX systems?

Hey everyone,

I do a little bit of PBX administration at work on a Nortel system, and we rely heavily on consultants for anything outside of pretty basic administrative tasks. I was wondering if anybody knew of any good books that I could read to learn some more? I primarily take care of our servers, but I am becoming increasingly involved in PBX and voicemail administration. It doesn't seem like there is a whole lot out there, but maybe some of you know of some good references. Thanks!

sounds to me like you need to put a business case forward to your employer for a training course.

Exactly. Most companies will pay 50% of the training fees, then once you pass and complete the course they'll pay you back for the remaining 50%.
