Anybody running a Gigabyte GA-K8NSNXP-939 ?

So i'm gonna build a new rig later this summer and have decided on a Socket 939 platform. Looking around for a NForce3 250 based board, I came upon the Gigabyte GA-K8NSNXP-939 (NF3 Ultra). I see it listed on Newegg, but not in stock.... yet. I'm not even sure if it's available in retail channels yet, but wondered if anybody had one or saw some reviews of this board (full retail or pre-release Eng. samples) ?
 
They were in two days ago. They sold out overnight. They were in Newegg previously last week. Sold out again within two days.

The price is really the only thing giving anyone pause since they are the only socket 939 nforce3 250 motherboards available. The cost for a motherboard with such limited voltage options for both DDR and CPU. Oh, and the fact that it doesn't use the integrated gigabit ethernet, it uses an added controller so it lacks all the benefits of the nF3Ultra's integrated gigabit.

So yeah its out. I've seen some people with it in other forums not here.
