Just wondering how long these guys usually take for processing/shipping. I ordered a bunch of parts on Friday morning, I surely dont expect them to be here yet but just wondering what you've experienced from them.

Shipping : purolator ground, and im in Ontario so thats quite a ways from BC.

i ordered a sunbeam rheobus last thursday, got EVERYTHING processed friday, and now its wednesday and it STILL hasn't been shipped yet. :mad: and heres what the stupid ass support said to my ticket yesterday:

obviously ncix hires people who can't speak english for their customer support positions. AND, check my other ticket inquiring about the rheobus prior to me ordering it:
