...Why my Geforce2 will not show up as an AGP display adapter? Or any other for that matter. Just put together a system for my daughter and wanted to use the GF2 so she could do some light gaming and because I had it sitting around. It shows the VC bios on start up and gets into windows (new '98se install) and wants to load drivers for default PCI display. When I try to put in nVidia drivers, get error message saying "no nvidia chipset device found" or something like that.

The motherboard is a brand new Chaintech SKT600, and I have installed the latest Hyperion drivers, and trying to install latest forceware.. Still no dice.

I believe this is a problem with the VC itself as it behaved similarly in an old HP PIII system, but was just wondering if anybody knows of a fix for this? It was in known working condition five months ago.

 
The VC BIOS or Motherboard BIOS?

VC BIOS says AGP
Motherboard BIOS settings all set for AGP.
