I'm trying to decide between these two drives to replace my dead storage (backup) hard drive.
It took me a while to narrow it down to these two, but I'm confused, and can't complete the final step (purchase).

I wanted something that was reliable, but economic. I honestly cannot tell which is the better purchase. The Seagate has higher ratings, but it might be because of the RPM. Yet again, the prices are relatively equivalent, which surprises me (Seagate seems to have better specs??). But then again, is the WD more stable maybe?
I think I'm going to stop speculating and let the pros handle this. Thanks in advance, need help!
EDIT: Oops, I meant Samsung, not Seagate. My bad
