Anybody has experience with click-advertising management companies?

Hi guys,
The company I'm at is currently considering trying one of those management companies that will "strategize" and analyze our click advertising.. etc.

Does anybody have any experience with these sort of companies and how well they work?

I found these two companies so far... wpromote.com and leveragemarketing.net
