I'm trying to save a FLV format video from a web site. I have flashsaver and use it successfully to save things like StrongBad emails, games, etc. but cannot figure out (or if its even possible to save FLV videos with it. Ive checked the source code of the web site that has the video and cant figure out where the actual flash progressive download video is located.

Anyone feel like trying? Or maybe even know of a program that can/will save all site content when you enter the corresponding URL?

The URL is: http://www.bulletformyvalentine1.com/website/video/handofblood/hi/hi.html

Awesome rock song, check em out! I just want this video

Or you can view source and use some l33t haX0r skillz to try and find out the URL like http://www.bulletformyvalentine1.com/website/video/handofblood/hi/bullet512K_Stream001.flv

but I don't know anything about flv so beats me how to play it.

thanks! I already did find it the same night I posted that. Just kept trying with different directories until i got the right one.

I used CinemaForge to convert it from FLV to AVI. Did find a program to play the FLV's too.

Thanks anyways!

was just searching for flv b/c i'm trying to make my own player, so this thread may be old...but, and easy way is to find it in your saved internet files after you fully load it. There are standalone flv players available on the net.
