Any way to limit bandwidth on a certain computer in a network?

I have 3 computers here, they share the internet and i use a router to do that. Is there a way to limit the amount of bandwidth each one of them can use?

For example, if i have 12MB/1MB download/upload, is it possible to limit each computer to like 4MB/0.33MB?

I am using a D-Link 500B

I don't know about that router, but you can usually do that with QoS.
