Any way to create OC profiles?

I'm kind of new to overclocking, right now I have my 2500k running stable @ 4.7GHZ 1.355V.
The thing is, I don't need it running like that 24/7, only when I play games. I don't need that kind of speed when I am watching videos or surfing the web. Is there a way to create windows profiles to allow me to activate and deactivate the overclock according to my needs?

By the way, I've tried enabling SpeedStep, but it doesn't work very well, sometimes when I am just browsing the web I check CPU-Z and I see the CPU running at full 4.7GHZ.

Is there a way to do this?

The MSI software that came with my board lets me do this kind of thing, but you need to reboot whenever you make a change to the the OC. To me it makes more sense to just reboot into the BIOS and do this. But it makes even more sense to me to just leave my OC on all the time.
