Any thoughts on these 2 PSU's

The Seasonic looks like a twin of Cooler Master's RealPower 450W, minus the wattage display and plus PCIe connectors. I'm getting the CM myself, it's about $70 at NewEgg. SilentPCReview gave it some awesome scores, citing is as one of the most stable PSUs they've tested.
