I have a p4 2.4c and overclocked it to 2.6 so far its running without any problems. I haven't changed the voltage or ram timing cause i don't know what I am doing yet. I gained 100 points on 05 3Dmark when i went from 2.4 to 2.6

So what are you asking for exactly? Sounds like your just starting to OC. Do some research and then start OC'ing. The 2.4 chip is a very good OC'er. Lots of headroom. Have fun!!

Oh, and clean up your desktop. ;)
