Just bought one, waiting for delivery. Do you need to download any special drivers to take full advantage, or will XP take care of it?
 
Drivers are on the CD supplied.

I think i had to install them manually, but can't quite remember.

yes they do, to take full advantage of supported modes (rez & refresh rate) and maybe calibration utilities. True you don't NEED to use drivers and most of the time windows will support the monitor, just not to the fullest extent.
