Any reason not to get this setup?

Patriot 2GB (2 x 1GB) Unbuffered DDR2 800
Zippy psl-6701p (have an extra on hand already)

I'm going to purchase and overclock this setup (figured out cooling in another thread) but just wanted the communities opinion if this is a wise direction or not. The box is just going to do number crunching, video compression, database, strong file encryption, and no gaming. I would like to oc to 2.8-3.0ghz if possible but not much info on the motherboard or ocing that cpu. I could move up to the windsor dual-core if there was justification for it. Any help or recommendations would be appreciated.

I'd say wait until the 24th of the following month to save around 50% on the dual core procs. This is what the prices will be like.

Man that AM2 X2 4000+ is gonna be a sweet proc. Maybe not a E6600, but $100 less!
