Any problems with this build I'm looking at?

Going from the computer in my sig to the following:

Shuttle SN27P2
Athlon 64 X2 4000+ Windsor (1MB cache)
Corsair XMS2 DDR2 800
eVGA 7950GT
WD 160GB SE

Are there any conflicting parts or things that you guys would want to swap out? On newegg the total price comes to roughly $1300, and I don't really want to go too much more expensive than that.

Seems fine, my spec is in my sig. I've researched this a lot as I was looking at the X2 5000+ plus a 7950GX2, emailed the distributor about the case plus my q's and he passed onto Shuttle who came back saying that there will be no problem with that setup (same as sig just these two are different). I'm still waiting on my 5000+ tho so the 3200+ is a temp till I get that. From nearly all the reviews I've checked they all used the 5000+ with no issues and used nVidia 7900GTs or 7600GTs without fault.

Doubt you'll have issues with it

8800 gtx is coming out next week i believe... wait until that comes out?
