i though the the holes on the micro were intended to work with the hole spacings in two vertically adjacent optical drive bays.....Imitation said:yeah very similar to that except turned 90 degrees so that the inlet would be facing the camera. Glad that it has no problems working at other angles besides upright, it woulda borked my evil plan for opty 170 cooling! Now I just have to find a place to put that dumb micro res! Ugh that thing is a pain!

about the only problem with mounting the pump sideways is that you have to be a little more carefull filling and priming the loop, since it's easier for air to get caught in the pump.
once things are full and running, the pump really doesn't care what way it faces.
