I'm just asking this - this a popular forum that I have guest frequented a lot and I see swift replies from reps and stuff here.

I'm just asking if there is a Cooler Master rep here who can explain to me how long it will take for my part orders to go from Pending to Shipped.

My front panel, and 2 of my fans (CM brand) are dead on my CM690 and I would really like them replaced swiftly so I can overclock again D:

There are a lot of representatives from different companies that post here on [H] quite often. Corsair, Antec, XFX, and Galaxy, just to name a few. I'm not sure if CM has one, but they might.

I am not trying to sound like a dick but looking at the posts in the thread I linked again and realizing I have seen deals on Newegg selling that case at times for less then I usually spend on my case fans.

I feel like I should suggest you buy yourself some quality replacement fans. If you ever manage to get the replacements from CM then great you have some backups but don’t hold your breath.

And to be honest cheap computer fans die. Especially without constant maintenance. So I am not overly surprised they give people the run around when it come down to getting free replacements. The profit margins on these cases can’t be very high for them especially when they are often selling with a rebate.

CM sent me a full replacement face for my 590. Go to their forums and ask.
