Any luck with PCP&C RMA process?

My 750 silencer came in DOA, I created a support ticket on their website, but not sure if I should send it through them or newegg.

yeah, I'm probably biased. But I called new egg and got everything up and running and they even gave a free shipping label.

That's a preposterous idea. Posting on a forum and complaining about slow service is a much quicker way to the problem.

But to be honest, had PCP&C replied, they would have likely accommodated the OP quite well as their service has always been top notch regardless of the acquisition by OCZ (who also rocks).
