Any Linx experts?

So i installed the linx installer, but no matter what I do it will not "do" the linx test (it says its doing it, but my temps dont increase and my ram is unused and not a single cycle completes, it just blinks and blinks for hours). So i bypassed the installer, and just d/led the linx files and ran them. But now it seems it errors after the first test (this has happened 5 times in a row). It will not go past the first cycle. What does this mean? Ever since i did a clean install of win 7 and installed catalyst 10.1 which caused my comp to BSOD and caused my Raid1 OS drive to re-initiate, life has been no fun.

do you have UAC turned off? i had the same problem with linx. it was acting like the test was starting up, but cpu load and temps weren't moving.

shut off UAC and she worked like a charm.

it wasnt turned off, but i did turn it off, and same thing, it errors after the first cycle (although sometimes it errors after the 2nd cycle) lol so it is an improvement. I've been having all these troubles since i installed 10.1 and it caused my raid to die. And even though now i no longer have raid enabled, it seems all my software is having issues. Vantage, prime, linx even my windows experience sometimes fails. All this is on a clean install, so i dunno wtf is going on. getting sick of installing win 7 for the 30th time (although much faster than previous OS installs haha)
