Have my DS3/E6700/Gskill HZ at 3200mhz with the following settings. 8X400 multi/fsb@1.350vcore, 44412 timing@2.1vdimm. I'm not worried about the ram since it's within spec on the voltage but my cpu temps are around 45c typing this and hit 57c while running 2 instances of prime95. I've ran prime and memtest86 for about 6 hours each so far as a preliminary test with zero problems, but am a little concerned about the cpu temps and long term reliability. Some have said that as long as you remain below 60c as a max temp, life expectancy shouldn't be affected much if any. I realize lower is better but this is what I have and would like to hear opinions on the subject. Thanks

Thanks for the positive reinforcement guys! Of all the overclocking I've done on every system I've owned I have never gotten the low cpu temps that others seem to get. I usually fall somewhere in the middle of the road regardless of what cooling hardware I use, I'm just not one of the lucky ones I guess. ;)

well, it has alot to do with ambient temp, along with airflow in the case.

You can probably lower your temps a few degrees simply by cleaning up the wiring and making everything nice and tidy. Could also look into adding some better case fans.

I have the TT armor 8003 (one with the 25cm fan on the window side) and it's got every fan it can have installed. Also have the Scythe Infinity cooler (with as5) inline with the fan in the back of the case (straight shot out the back). One thing I was wondering is I've been hearing about the heat spreader used on the C2D not being flat on all chips. Is this something that could be lapped without damaging the cpu? Again it seems I'm ok for the long haul but any gains are always a good thing.
