Im bringing my computer to a lan party tomorrow, and i kinda dont trust my friends, so is there any program thats free or an internal setting that will let me lock folders and require a password to get in? i havent really explored this option so i dont have a clue on how to do it.

You can lock your computer with Windows key + L, as well as encrypt folders so that only people with your login credentials can access the files contained within. I don't know of any built-in password protection solution in Windows though.

And if you can't trust your friends.. hmmm...

well, its mainly one or two of them, not the whole party. Id rather have them password protected, but if that doesnt work i can always just go to the switch user name list and have my login protected.
