Any good tablets that have cellphone capability?

I currently have a Samsung Note 3 with Verizon and I want a bigger screen. The Note 4 and 5 appear to have the same screen size and the Nexus 6 is just barely larger. I would like at least a 7 inch screen to make an upgrade worthwhile.
 
I was gonna say Z Ultra as well, but that's not on Verizon and won't work for you. As if your options aren't limited enough, being on Verizon certainly restricts you to the Nexus 6 as the best thing available to you.

Maybe get a hotspot from Verizon and use Skype/Google Voice with a BT headset on any other tab of your choice? :p

on GSM side, there are tablets with phone calling feature... xperia tablet line, some samsung line

but none for Verizon (due to their reliance on CDMA/VoLTE for calls)... maybe when these tablets get VoLTE, it might work?

Z4 Xperia, but it has a sucky battery and is way too high priced. But you can call from it :)
