Any Foxconn NF4Ultra feedback?

I have recently considered the Giga GA-K8NF-9 but others have suggested the Foxconn NF4UK8AA-8EKR instead as it NF4 Ultra not just 4X. Is anyone using one of these and has views on it? Overclocking ability not essential but stability/reliability is for this noobie ;)
