Any explanation to this?

Whenever I load up my one game, which happens to be Starcraft, my left front channel speaker always pops. Like an occasional pop here and there. All my other games run fine with no problems at all. I can play Counter-Strike, Far Cry, Need For Speed Underground, GTA3, etc. and not have a single problem. I can even turn up my speaker volume pretty high and still not encounter any problems like popping noises or crackling.

It only happens with the game Starcraft. I don't even have the volume that high and yet it still pops. Any explanations to this problem?

It's a problem because that's how my first set on the Logitech Z-680's died. It kept popping on the left front speaker and I just ignored it but it was still a little annoying. Then after a long game, I found out that my sub just quit on me. Now I'm on my second set and it's still happening.

I have an Audigy2 ZS Platinum sound card and the rest of my specs are in sig.

I have tried moving the sound card in different pci slots, made sure there are no IRQ conflicts, disabled onboard sound, changed the speakers and speaker wires around and get the same result.
