Any experience w/ MGTEK Dopisp or similar?

I've tried the 30 day trial of dopisp and thought it was alright. I hate iTunes and some of the crap they put on my computer.

Also, I have finally embraced WMP12 fully. Before I had music everywhere, but now I keep it organized in my Music folder and everything is good. It was a painful switch, but I'm glad I did it. Sharing between other computers and my 360 has never been easier.

I thought about buying MGTEK Dopisp, but I wanted to see if anyone has bought it before and if it's worth it? I really don't want to use multiple media players to manage my household (winamp plugins are out). I also don't want to have to run iTunes to update any drivers for my video iPod.

Any ideas? Suggestions? Solutions?
