Acer P235Hbmid Black 23" 5ms HDMI Widescreen LCD

ASUS VH236H Black 23" 2ms(GTG) HDMI Widescreen Full HD 1080P LCD

Other than the 2ms for the ASUS they seem strikingly similar. The Acer, I believe, is a newer model. It only seems to be available at Newegg.
Any big differences between the two?
