Antifreeze evaporation?

If evaporation occurs in a cooling system, would the antifreeze evaporate with the water? Or would water only leave the system?
 
The antifreeze will be left behind. Don't worry about evaporation, you get very, very little of it (just what happens through your tubing) in a closed system.
 
So even in a closed WC system, evaporation can occur through the tubing? In other words, the tubing is somewhat semi-permeable?
