I've got some graphical problems with FO3. Maybe someone can help.
At first my game was running like this, and my graphic options were all set to full, AA, AF, etc.

So I did some research and there seems to be a problem with the AA. So I disabled AA and AF from the game launcher, and set everything on high in the CCC. I enabled triple buffering too. I played abit with AA 4x and AA 6x, and call me silly but the 4x seems to look better..
Anyway, I now have this (quite an improvement):

The only thing is that it's still rough around the edges, I can't make it look like this:

And yet my sliders are all set on very high, and I did that tweaking with regards to AA as I mentioned.
I play on 1024x768 (15" monitor) at 75Hz (was at 60Hz before), and my FPS is very steady at all times.
So, what could I do so I can achieve the result similar to the last link I provided?
Thank you.
PS: Someone told me that the last link (the best picture) looks best due to the picture being downgraded from a higher resolution, making it look better than it actually is. Well regardless of this, I don't know why Fallout 3 runs with 0x AA, when the AA is set at 6x and sometimes 4x in the CCC! (Disabled AA from the game launcher though, since I had grass problems).
[I posted this in the Fallout thread, but I found no answers there, so maybe a wider audience can help me out]
