There are two 6 pin connectors on the power supply. What do they do? My mobo has a 12V but the power supply doesn't. Help???

The 6-pin connectors are for high end PCI express video cards.

I have the Antec Truepower 2.0 550watt ,model TPII-550. It HAS the board connector & the card connectors also.Look a little closer, you may be overlooking it..................... :D

The OP is saying the PSU has them but he has no clue what the 2x6 are for. My guess is he's got an AGP system or a low end PCI-E card.
