will the antec true480w have enough juice to run 2 6800gt sli, 2 hardrives, and one cd writer and a dvdwriter, along with the mobo and cpu? Just curious cause i saw tomshardware did some bechmarks with sli and they used a 550w ps.

Depends on your CPU. That PSU is quoted for 22A on +12 - drives are going to be 2 amps, fans probably another 1-2. That leaves 18A, which the CPU is going to pull 5-6, and the GPUs about 6 each as well. Whoops, we're out of amps. That CPU power consumption figure is for something in the neighborhood of a 3200-3500+ Winchester. Forget about powerign an Intel system (although there are nto any commerically available SLI P4 chipsets yet) Overclocking will raise that consumption quite substantially, so I would be looking for a unit with dual +12 from the likes of PC P&C ($$$$) or Fortron ($$). That True480 PSU would probably be adequate (not great, merely adequate) if you left everything at stock speed. I wouldn't look for any overclocking potential though.
