Antec True Power Trio 430W for the 8800GTS?

Helping a buddy out.

This will be his setup most likely:
Asus P5B-E/Deluxe
2GB
E6400 Core 2 Duo
1 DVD burner
1 250GB WD SATA HD
Audigy SE sound card
maybe a floppy
Antec 900 case
8800 GTS 640MB

He will overclock the CPU to 3.x Ghz+ and possibly the video card. I suppose he could add another drive or two but that is all.

The Antec true power trio TP3 430 yields 32 amps afaik based on its combined wattage(* +12V1, 12V2,12V3 maximum output 384 Watts max).

If not this PSU, please name another under $80 that will do the trick and have long enough cables for his Antec 900.

It looks like a pretty good system, but why skimp for a sub $80 PS?

For another $20 you could have the Antec 550w or Corsair 520w.
