Antec TP II 480 - Is this normal?

Okay, I purchased the above power supply for $60 after rebates fom COMPUSA last night. Tested it and found something I wasn't really expecting. When powering a machine I can barely hear the fan running but I hear a quiet clicking. If I turn off the power supply using the switch on the rear the clicking immediately stops and the fan is completely silent as it spins down. Is the clicking normal?

Thanks for the feedback. :)

I'm not too concerned about the clicking being symptomatic of longevity. I'm more concerned as to noise production. I would like this unit to be as quiet as possible. Thus, if the clicking is normal I will live with it. If not, I'll return the unit.

I'll listen to it again tonight and make a choice.
