I'm thinking of getting this case for my next first build. I have not seen it is person, but photos of it make it look kind of small. I also realized that it comes with only 1 stock 120mm fan. I don't plan to overlock, but I do want to go Raid 0 and maybe the 9800 series card. I also want to add a second 120mm by the HD cage.

Would this case cause any problems do to the size and cooling?
 
If you add a second fan, it'll be on the hard drive cage. Unless there's a way to put it inside the front panel (never did check...).

But, if you add a second fan, then video cards will be restricted to 9.6" in length. Any longer, and you'll hit the fan.

Idea: You could try mounting your hard drives in the top two bays, and have a fan sitting inside the hard drive cage, either angled to provide air to the hard drives, or just vertically placed as to provide crossflow for the graphics card.
 
I just did a build using one of these for my uncle. Leman is definitely right about the video card situation. If you only had one hard drive you could mount the fan on the inside of the cage if you put the drive at the bottom, but with raid... That being said pretty cool little case. If you use the included power supply there is actually enough room to hide extra cables behind it.

Still sounds risky with only two 120s and a 9800.
 
A case is only as quiet as the components you put in it. Granted, that almost always means that your power supply and video card will be the loudest components (in terms of fan noise).

Makes sense, so out of the 690 and 590, which one is superior? I was also considering the P182
