Antec Solo airflow question

I have an Antec Solo with a 120mm exhaust fan and 2x92mm intake fans all @ 5V (I'm trying to keep it quiet).

I wanted to know if adding a Scythe Kama Bay (without the fan) would make that much of a difference in cooling to warrant a purchase or it would help but in the process mess with the existing airflow and make some components hotter (like the video card)?

I don't know if it would make things worse but it probably won't have a positive impact on your cooling.

Bummer :( I thought it was a good (and cheap) way of improving airflow without increasing noise (or buying a new case).

You could always try it but my guess is that it wouldn't help much if at all.

Just adding some mesh isn't going to make much of a difference. You can simulate it by simply removing three 5.25" blanking plates and seeing if that changes your temps at all. The only way to make a significant impact is by adding a fan.
