Antec Smartpower 450 question

I'm building a C2D system. The Egg is offering a special on the Sonata II with an Antec Smartpower 450 PSU.

Is this sufficient for an E6300 and a single 7950GT card on an Asus P5B-E system?

I'm probably going to try to OC, but nothing huge. I'll be trying to get whatever I can get out of stock cooling.
 
Sufficient, but you can get a better PSU than that. I encourage you to check out the Antec NSK6500 instead -- it has a Seasonic-based PSU, is a little bigger, and should breathe better.
