In the sticky it suggests a minimum of 26A in the 12V line for single cards. Do I add the ampage for the 12V lines?

I'm thinking of going Opteron 170 OCed to 2.5ish and a single 7900 GTX. I currently have a DVD burner, DVD drive, and 1 hard drive in the system. At most, I'd only run more hard drive.

Do you think this PSU is up to the task?

You can't add 12V rails, but unfortunately Antec doesn't tell you combined 12V rail power.

I'm 99% sure you have at least 26A on the combined 12's though. ;)

Only on the SmartPowers, the TruePowers usually tell you how much they've got.

The combined 12V power should be the rails added together... if it's odd, subtract one to be safe :) The reason you can assume this is because the power is coming from the same place. It's just run through separate lines for increased stability. If you've got a PSU rated at 15A/15A, and end up needing 18A on one rail and only 6A on the other, that rail will get the power it needs. Of course, I'm saying that's necessarily the best way to run your PSU, as the "overloaded" rail could perhaps wear out faster (the parts that have higher voltage running through them then they are necessarily rated for. But the split is relatively arbitrarily chosen by the manufacturer (probably by the marketing department).

On a final note, I got by fine with 18A on a single 12V (with an Antec SL400) even with the system in my sig. I upgraded because I thought maybe it wasn't enough... but found the problem was actually my mobo's issues with running the memory at their SPD values (had to loosen the latency to achieve stability).

The SPII-450 has a combined +12V rating of about 26A (based on 80% of the sum of the +12V1 and +12V2 rails).
