Antec RMA?

I have sent in a TPQ-850 for an RMA with Antec. My question is how long do they take to return RMA's? I have been waiting 90 days and they tell me it is in testing still. So if anyone has some experience in this area please fill me in.
 
3 months? wow, something definitely didnt go right lol

call them up, an RMA should take more than 3 weeks, usualy mines are withing 2.
 
I haven't rma'd a product with them in a while and the one I did was less then a week when they received it. This was a few years back. 90 days seems way to long.
 
As a rule, “still in testing” means they lost it. Should only take a phone call to a manager for them to find it;)
