Antec power suply problem.

Look. I have a Antec TrueControl 550ww power suply i buyed it las week.
Today when i turnon my computer, the power suply turn on but the 2 coolers were stopped and other thing the connectors "FAN ONLY" were not working.
what is this?
how can i solve this problem?

Please help me!!!

Note:Im from brazil so my english isn´t very well
 
Have you made any other upgrades or touched anything inside the case?
If yes, then recheck all the connectors and that the RAM and Vid card are properly seated.

By 2 coolers do you mean the PSU's 2 fans or do you mean some other case fans?
If it's the PSU's fans you need to return/exchange it, since if the PSU is getting/providing power and the fans aren't going your asking for trouble.

Additionally you did connect the control panel to the power supply right? If so you can try to adjust the fan speed through the control panel.

Beyond that list your full system specs and anything you may have added/modded recently, that might help other people help you.

Oh and expecting a response in under 15 minutes is fairly unrealistic IMO.

look, yesterday all things were ok.
today when i was testing some cooler that the energy is provided by the motherboard.
I mean the PSU´s coolers they are stopped.
MY psu is connected to the control pannel.
the only thing that i did is that i had change my VGA but it is working well.

do you think that with the warranty i can easely exchange for another truecontrol.
i buy it from bestbuy. i mean that with no burocracy.
