Antec Phantom 350 W review

Wow! Is this another modular designed PSU from Antec ?? (The first modular design was NeoPower 480W, was it not?) And.. this one is "fanless". Looks very impressive.

12V1 = 18A
12V2 = 16A which are the same as NeoPower 480W.

According to the review, this one seem to perform better than NeoPower 480W ?!?!
 
It's modular in the sense that the output voltage lines have independent circuit topologies, free of "shared" DC-DC regulation circuits. In the colloqial sense, no, strangely enough, the DC power cables are not detachable like in the NeoPower series.
