Is there enough room behind the door for a fan controller with knobs?
 
You've got about an 1 1/16" between the door and a flat bezel. I have a Zalman Fan Mate taped to the door and with the 3M double-sided tape included it wouldn't close, so I just folded over some masking tape and it clears it.

1 1/16" is pretty much it. My X-Fi console also clears it, but I cannot answer your question directly as some fan controllers have longer knobs than others.

Worst case, you can set the fan controller further back into the drive bay, but it wouldn't look as sleek.
