Hello,
Ever since the Antec P180 came out I've been itching to replace my case. Now the P182 is at a great price at Microcenter and i'm really thinking of changing cases but unsure if it's even worth it.
I'm currently using an Antec SOHO File Server case. It has 4 80mm Panaflow case fans. I've even added extra Dynamat to all the sides etc and even one step further and added accoustic matting. The system is dead silent on startup but is noticeably louder after its been on running for a while. Temperature wise it's ok but definatly causes my system and room to warm up a good amount after a while.
I'm curious if any of you think I would notice any difference in sound or temps with going with the Antec P182 and adding 3 Silenx iXtrema Pro 120mm Quiet Case Fans, or just stay with the case I have?
Intel E6600 (3.2Ghz) stock cooling
Corsair XMS2 4GB
2x 320GB WD HDD
BFG 8800 GTS OC 640MB
OCZ 700W GameXStream PSU
