The original P180 did not have any vented PCI slots as can be seen in this picture:

They then released the rev 1.1 which included vented PCI slots and a few other adjustments as can be seen in this picture:

The newest revision of the P180, instead of calling it rev 1.2, they have simply created a new model number called the P182. It has all of the rev1.1 changes, but also includes holes for water cooling, as can be seen in this pic:

They have also moved the motherboard tray further forward so that you can run cables behind the motherboard tray for better cable management. Also, on the back of the case there is now a fan controller to switch the case fans between low, medium and high.
The P182SE is the same as the P182, but is limited edition with a mirrored exterior, but stocks will be very low on this when released as it is limited production for a very short time.

I am very fussy about noise from my pc (regular member of SPCR forums, thats says it enough about how obsessed I am about it) and I can honestly say that I did not notice any difference at all between when it didnt have a window and now that it has.
The window is sufficiently thick and sealed tightly to not let any noise leak out.

Their service is excellent. They always reply to emails normally within a couple of minutes if it is within working hours, and they did the whole mod and I got the case within a week of me placing the order. The window looks very profesional, even better than I would expect if it came straight from Antec.

I bought this case two months ago.
Very nice solid minimal design on the outside.
Very good design on the inside to make a silent case with rubbers etc.
The extra rubbers are very nice to make your case realy quiet too.
Still questioning a couple of things:
Wouldn't it be better to have no whole in the top of the case to reduce noise?
The PSU is placed in the bottom of the case which seems to be a nice solution cause of the casespace but wouldn't it also help to get rid of the heat when it was placed in top of the case? That's problably why they had to make a hole on the back-top of the case? You have to take the placing of the PSU in consideration when buying a PSU cause they don't all have long cables.
The switches on the back of the case are realy an improvement cause I was trying to find a way to get the 3x switch of the fan outside the case.

it would be quieter if there was no fan in the top (if you place the case below you), but the performance of the case would be much worse if there was only 1 exhaust instead of 2. I have the case on my desk so the top fan is above my head, so personally i cannot notice any change in acoustics between when the top fan is on or off, so I always just leave it off and get better temps.
The PSU is placed at the bottom in a completely seperate chamber. By being in its own completely seperate chamber the PSU fan can stay relatively low and not make much noise as the temps in that chamber will never really get very high as PSU's dont emit much heat at all. In cases where the PSU is above the CPU, the cpu transferrs heat into the psu which causes the psu fan to ramp up at a higher speed due to increased heat it has to remove.
I can confirm that the corsair HX620 has no problems with length of cables. and is an excellent PSU (IMO the best available at the moment). All of the cables reach fine with extra to spare.
I can also confirm that the seasonic M12 can also reach all cables in the p180 aswell with extra to spare.
Both of these power supplies are also extremely quiet, you wouldnt be able to hear them over your case fans.
