Hi From Greece.
This is my USB 3.0 modification on an Antec P180 Mini case.

I have manage to keep all the original parts and change only the old USB 2.0 internal headers.

I have order a Y shape internal USB 3.0 headers from eBay.

The bracket itself is made from soft plastic and with a knife slowly I have remove the external skin of the bracket allow me to pull out the white one piece header holder.

Then I cut the white header in 4 parts separating the usb from Sata and Sound Headers.
Also with the knife I removed extra plastic skin from the USB 3.0 headers giving the desire shape that it will allow to much and fit to the external bracket skin.

When all the shape part finished I have carefully put super glue especially around the edges where the screw hole is.

Then I reassemble the front of the case and the result is exactly as I would like to be and is good as a factory part…

Please excuse my poor English.

Very nice job--you handle that knife with the skill of a surgeon! How long did it take to complete the process?

The all proccess, from the the case disassemble to assemble, just about an hour. It is not that hard really.
