I'm grabbing an Antec P180 case for my new machine. Pics of that case here.

I'm also buying several 103CFM Panaflo High Speed 120mm's to replace the stock fans, and a fan controller. I will also be using a Thermaltake SI-120 heatsink with one of the Panaflos attached to it.

Which fans should input air and which should output air?

Well, there is only one in front. There are two in the rear (not counting the PSU, which is compartmentalized in the bottom for the most part anyway.). One is in the rear panel at the top. The other is a blowhole in the top at the rear. They are practically right next to each other. I suppose if one blew cool air in, most of it would get sucked right out of the other.

I have both of my rear fans exhausting air FROM inside to OUTSIDE the case, with the one in the front pulling air INTO the case form the outside...my x2 is overclocked 25% and doesnt load over 50 celcius with my xp120 in this setup.

IF you only have 2 fans, put the rear as an INTAKE and the upper as the OUTTAKE

IF you have 3 fans, put the front as the INTAKE, and the 2 in the back as the OUTTAKE

the bottom compartment should ALWAYS be blowing towards the back
