Antec/NF3 problems

I got a spiffy new processor and Chaintech NF3 motherboard today (VNF3-250) and when I got everything all set up, the computer does NOTHING when I press the power button.

I was going to RMA the motherboard (I tested the power supply in another computer and it's fine), but then I read that Antec power supplies have some problems with NF3 motherboards. That's all I've seen, though. I searched and I found a few threads, and the only info I found was "Antec power supplies sometimes have problems with NF3 motherboards."

So.. exactly what kind of problems are we talking here? In my situation, absolutely NOTHING happens. The fans don't spin up, the LEDs don't glow, nothing. Is this one of the notorious Antec/NF3 problems, or was I right in assuming that my motherboard is dead?

my antec trupower 430w 12V rail is sittin at 9.8-10V on my dfi nf3. the comp would randomly restart and shut off, and i just rebooted my system so it wasnt a virus or software issue. so yeah, maybe its just my setup thats queer. have you checked your Power SW connection? sometimes i plug it in upside down and the comp wont start. also make sure when you installed the mobo and hardware that you grounded yourself properly, make sure there arent any open wires touching your case. things like these could have given your parts an unnecessary zap.
