Antec Kuhler 920 USB issue

I recently installed an Antec Kuhler 920 and the Chill software gives an error message about the USB cable not being connected. Has anyone else been able to fix this. Have searched the internet and Antec's site to no avail. Help me chill out [H]ardforum.

The obvious question is not yet answered:

Have you plugged in the pump's USB header?
 
Yes. It is plugged in to the USB port on the motherboard. Yes, I have tried it in both USB ports on the motherboard. I tested both USB ports with another device, which functioned properly.
Was hoping for a more in depth solution from a [H]ardForum user.
