The gang at NikKTech have the Antec ISK 600 mini-ITX case in-house for a little review action today. Overall, a very positive review. If you are case shopping, this will certainly be of interest.

The ISK 600 is much more popular compared to the previous ISK models for 5 very important reasons, you can use up to two single slot graphics cards or a dual slot graphics card up to 317.5mm long, there's enough space for CPU Coolers up to 170mm in height, the rear 120mm fan mount can also accommodate an 120mm AIO liquid cooling solution, you can mount up to 5 drives (2x2.5"/3x3.5") inside and there's also enough room for a normal sized ATX power supply unit.

Looks pretty average to me. Nasty DVD slot. exposed edges round the USB ports pushed too far forward, the nasty looking flex on and reset buttons. The plastic bezel to brushed steel cover just jarring.

I wasn't aware of many ITX boards that have 2 PCIE slots for dual graphic cards?

There aren't many. The format is called Mini DTX, and it's pretty-much dead.

That said, it's virtually free to add Mini DX compatibility, and it's good for marketing literature. Even the Fractal Design Node 304 specs play-up this non-feature.

In reality, if you want to go multi-GPU, MicroATX is your platform. There's actually quite a good selection of enthusiast boards with 4 memory slots and 3 GPU slots, making it the ultimate no-compromise platform :D

It confuses me why anyone can't have a 5.1 tall case with 2 slots, I found one by a place called Lan-Gear, but they appear to be no more. The case does look good though, it would be awsome if you could put a LED in the strip to go back & forth.
