Antec 920 Water Cooler (Zalman/Thermaltake) $60 AR

This or the CM Seidon 240M for $80? I can't do push/pull with the CM in my case though.
 
I have the LQ-320. Great little cooler. I paired it with 1x Coolermaster R4 on the pull side and 1x Delta 120mm on the push side. The Delta has great static pressure, and only costs $4 on sale from Jamesco. Just get the PWM one, or your ears will hate you.

You have to wire in a new PWM plug. Use the datasheet. I used:
Fan / new PWM
Pin 1 (+) --> Pin 2
Pin 2 (pwm) --> Pin 4
Pin 3 (tach) --> Pin 3
Pin 4 (-) --> Pin 1
