Just picked one up locally on the BF sale! At first I was a lil weary; size coming from full tower cases, then I thought cable management and the air flow has probably gotta suck, but I stand corrected on 2 of the 3 things mentioned

1) Airflow is amazing, nice and really, really cool! My 4870 512 in cf running 45 and 47c on auto!!!!
2) Size I actually like doesn't stick out like a sore thumb!
3) Cable management, although totally sucks still semi manageable!

I just got one of these off of the Egg for $60 shipped (sale ends tomorrow 11/30) I intend on using it for a file server. I figure with room for 8 HDD's and an optical it should perform quite well as a server case.

Nice man! I'm planning to pick up an Antec 1200 myself since I like the 900/1200 series and the 1200 has a few small improvements in a full tower package and most importantly is it has an all black interior :). I'm going to get it off eBay from Buy.com for like $100 after Live cashback.

Cable Managements definately sucks. I would never have bought the case in the first place if I new this originally. Nothing a dremel tool and sharpie marker can't fix though! =D

Yea it's not as bad as you think it'll be and it does have amazing airflow.
IMHO, it's ugly but it's a really nice case.

PS: Anyone else notice Insulin24 thread-crapping every single thread he enters?

I actually like the look of the case. Only 2 other grievances:
1. No way to turn the fan lights off without modding
2. Dust shows and accumulates really fast on the front mesh grill.

PS Yeah, I am giving him 10 more minutes =)

I started to go with either the HAF 932 or Antec 1200 for 129.99 at microcenter but I figured that I can save the cash for something else.

PS I dislike the clear window :(

I have three Nine Hundreds right now. Two builds, one for the wife and one for the kids - who know the wifey would want a bling bling case with blue led lights and a window? I didn't worry too much about cable management on those first two builds, just zip tied everything alongside the motherboard.

Working on a new build for me and popped a few holes in the motherboard tray to pull wires thru the back and hide them. Still not great, but took 5 minutes with the dremmel so I can't complain for $60 and great cooling. Dust is a pain in the ass on this case, but is understandable with the airflow. Kicking myself for not being more patient and spraypainting the interior black...

You can come up with a better looking side panel window. A guy here on the board posted one his friend did where it was a full window and it looked really good.

I really like mine, the blue fans are nice looking, especially in a dark room.
Cooling is as good as I hoped with the fans on quietest setting.
The cable management is ok I thought, the case came with built in clasps to route the cables, easy to use.
If you need more tie points, plastic coated tie wraps (for sandwich bags) are brilliant and easily re-used.

Just wondering how you modded it to turn off the fan lights. I often leave my computer on overnight for DLs, so the lights become very annoying.

I just ordered this 2 for the BF deals that newegg had. I wanted to do some cable management since it did have a window and such. Not bad to do some cable management on?
