After a lot of reading I've decided to go with the Antec 900. I've read a lot of reviews and the only fuzzy parts are the fans and the cable management. So I have a couple of questions

1. Are the stock fans good? Do they cool well and how loud are they? In other word will I need to invest in all new fans?
2. A few people said they modded the case to have better cable management. I searched for tutorial or even a thread about this and I cant find anything.

All help is much appreciated.
 
The tri-cools generally are not very loud when on low. If they are all on medium and you want dead silence that might be a problem.

as for the tri-cools, i'll summarize by saying i keep mine on medium and haven't had an issue leaving them on at night in an otherwise silent room. not a noise issue anyway. i wish i could turn off those damned LEDs. anyway, the sound. it's audible, but not obtrusive for me even when watching movies. the quality of the sound is that of air moving, not the high-pitched whine you can get from smaller fans at higher speeds. they move plenty of air, especially with so many of them in the case. i could see them being sub-optimal if you only has room for 1, but there's room for 6 on the stock case, plus the 200mm big boy up top. you can keep that one at full speed btw. it doesn't make the slightest noise, ever.
 
I have the 900. I have all the 120mm Fans on low, and the big 200mm one on medium. The temps are great and its still really quiet.
As for wire management it not really that bad as long as your not in it for looks. Most people that do mods for better wire management just simply put some holes in the MB tray so they can route the wires out of site. This is more for asthetics than anything else. I haven't done it and dont see a need for it either, but I aint worried about how it looks, just that nothing is blocking airflow to anything important I am happy.
I bought a Tri-Cool for the side window, couldn't find the same exact one as the front as its completly clear but it works well and I like them just wish all 4 of them were the same astheticly.
 
I also have the antec 900. I have all my fans set to high, then i control their output with a fan controller. My front 2 fans are stock tri cools, I usually have them set to medium output on the fan controller. My 200mm fan stays on a high setting, its still very quiet. A scythe slipstream as an exhaust usually set to high output, to cope with the noise of this sound, I used a silicon gel pad to lessen the vibration and used rubber screws. The only thing I hear from the slipstream is the air moving, nothing from the vibration. Make sure you get some filters for your intakes or your case will be dusty. Later on I might replace the side panel with a aluminum or steel side panel with a 250mm fan on it, but thats not on my priority at the moment. As far as wire management goes, just dremel a hole where the wires come out from the PSU then thread them through that. I have a modular PSU so it was pretty easy.
