I was told to try as best as possible to keep a positive pressure in the case with the fans. As in more intake and less exhaust.

So I bought an antec 300 case, and it has two front fans, the top, side and a rear.

Two front are obviously intake, and the rear is exhaust.

What should the top be set too, and what should the side be set too? Is this 'positive pressure' thing a bunch of BS?

I was thinking the top should be an intake, and that way the side fan will be good for the CPU and heatsink as it is right in front of it and can get that heat sinks hot air out of there quickly.

the side fan should be intake and the top fan should be exhaust also the psu according to antec should have the fan faceing up

positive pressure ment to stop your pc taking in as much dust but to be truthfal as long as you have fans intakeing air they will always be a build up of dust
 
The Antec 300 has dust filters on the front fans. These will keep out the most serious dust. Use the side, back and top for exhaust. This is how I set up both of my Antec 300 systems :)
 
I suggest the following for good air flow across all components.
Intake: Front & Side
Exhaust: Rear & Top (PSU will also exhaust)
